(1) It is not possible to collect and sell forest produce in excess of the amount specified for collection and sale and distribution throughout the year in the action plan. (2) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1) due to natural calamities such as flood, rain, snow, fire, etc. In the event that the damage to the forest produce occurs, the forest produce rots or perishes, it will not be considered that the extent of the annual amount determined by the action plan to collect and distribute the forest produce from the forest area will not be considered as a hindrance.
